Brilliant and honest company!!
Smart Energy Homes were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Having experienced similar schemes in the past, myself and my wife were very reluctant to agree to having any work done. The energy assessors and surveyors were very informative and answered all of our questions and filled us with confidence in the company and the planned work. The office were also very attentive and met all deadlines that they promised to us. The install was completed to a very high standard and they went above and beyond to accommodate us by moving our furniture. Cannot recommend them enough and it’s so refreshing to deal with such a great company. Thank you, our house has never been so warm!!
ECO4 Scheme
Raffle and Pietre spent a week at my small cottage putting in wall insulation and plastering and replacing skirting boards. They were extremely conscientious, worked hard despite having to work I cramped conditions. They were thorough and helpful answering all my questions. They were punctual and cleaned up after themselves every day before leaving for the evening. They made a rather stressful experience bearable, as all the living spaces except bathroom and kitchen were being worked on at once, with furniture stacked everywhere. They covered the carpets and put protection over all of my furniture and valuables, which I couldn’t store elsewhere. They were courteous and kind and would recommend them.

Just want to say a huge thank you for everything you have done regarding upgrading our heating, solar and insulation. Professional service, very friendly and efficient. Especially Rhys and Rob from R&R Energy Solutions, they have done a lot more than they had to do to make sure we were all happy and understood our new system. Highly recommended.

Great explanation and visits prior to works starting. Wall installation guys made sure rooms tv put back each evening. Thank you Adam and the guys. Yet to use heating properly but with winter well on its way I’m sure it will cut down bills and no oil expenses.
Good Scheme
We had wall insulation installed, which has made our house more comfortable. They also put in an air source heat pump and solar panels. All the workers were friendly. Claire was very helpful, providing clear explanations throughout the process. The office staff were also very pleasant, and the project manager frequently called to ensure everything was going smoothly. We’re very grateful for the excellent service.

Very impressed with efficiency of the whole team. Safe, fast and friendly crew. Scaffolding up, pause, scaffolding gone. No mess, no fuss. After about a week of the system operating, the Solis Cloud app they installed on my phone showed an alarm. Also on the app is Paul, the installers phone number. Called him, he said he was travelling back from Carmarthen but would call in. When he arrived, he called the company who supplied the equipment who did a software update over the internet. Brilliant service.
Great work
Our overall experience with the company and the work completed was great. We had some issues with the lack of explanations about how the work would be completed from a third party, but this was resolved by the team who attended to carry out the work. All the work was completed to a high standard, and especially Jordon and Joseph, who were very considerate and professional, a credit to the company.

Liam and Martin from Smart Energy Homes were exemplary. We were a bit concerned about workmen undertaking such a big and messy job in one of our bedrooms but they were polite, caring, communicative, punctual and hardworking. They did a great job and when they finished they were very diligent in cleaning up and putting everything back as it was. We would highly recommend.
