Job Title: Heating Surveyor

The ideal candidate will possess Air Source Heat Pump qualifications and have the technical expertise to ensure information to provided to allow installations to be complete to the highest standard.

Location: In person

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

The ideal candidate will possess Air Source Heat Pump qualifications and have the technical expertise to ensure information to provided to allow installations to be complete to the highest standard. Gas Safe certification is advantageous but not essential. We are seeking a skilled and qualified Technical Surveyor to work on ECO4 Air Source Heat Pump and Able To Pay Gas Boiler Installs.

Conduct face-to-face Heating, Insulation, and Solar Upgrade sales meetings with potential customers

Present and promote products or services to clients

Determine customer eligibility against funded or able to pay criteria

Negotiate contracts and close deals

Collate and complete all required paperwork and supporting evidence

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets

Technical Installation Survey for Air Source Heat Pumps in compliance with ECO4 scheme standards.

Create kit lists for specific materials required for installations

Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and meets the required specifications.

Liaise with customers to provide excellent service and address any queries or concerns.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of completed work.

Complete Heat Loss reports during a technical survey

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.

Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.

Air Source Heat Pump experience.

Proven experience in heating and plumbing installations and maintenance.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Full UK driving license.

Hydraulic & Flow Rate/Heat Loss understanding (training can be provided)

Experience working on ECO4 scheme installations.

Familiarity with renewable energy systems and technologies.

As a Retrofit Assessor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients improve their energy performance while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
This role requires a strong understanding of the retrofit industry, with a specific focus on schemes such as ECO, GBIS and BUS.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Retrofit Assessor who’s keen to join our dynamic team in driving change and making a positive impact on the efficiency of homes throughout the UK.

As a Retrofit Assessor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients improve their energy performance while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

This role requires a strong understanding of the retrofit industry, with a specific focus on schemes such as ECO, GBIS and BUS.

Conducting Retrofit Assessments and Technical Surveys, predominantly throughout Wales, with the intention of retrofitting energy efficiency measures under PAS2035 guidance.

 

 

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate and informative assessments to identify opportunities for retrofitting that enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.

Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations and considerations. Collaborate with clients to develop tailored retrofit solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to retrofitting.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction.
  • Reaffirm the benefits and consolidate projects following clients’ initial interaction with a Sales Consultant
  • A keen attention to detail as information gathered is heavily relied upon throughout the customer journey
  • Capacity to effectively manage time, ensuring lodgment targets are achieved.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative, target-driven team.

Level 4 Award in Retrofit Assessment

Level 5 Award in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management (optional)
