Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
  • The referrer must be a previous customer who has successfully had measures installed under the ECO4 scheme.
Referral Process:
  • Referrals must be submitted through the official online referral form provided by Smart Energy Homes (above).
  • All necessary information about the referee must be accurately provided at the time of submission.
Referral Approval:
  • The referee must be eligible for the ECO4 scheme and must not have been previously referred by someone else.
  • Approval of the referral is subject to verification by the ECO4 scheme administrator.
Installation Requirement:
  • The £250 voucher/gift card will only be issued once the referred friend (the referee) has successfully completed the installation of the measures under the ECO4 scheme.
Voucher Issuance:
  • The £250 voucher/gift card will be issued to the referrer after confirmation of sign off of the completed installation for the referee.
  • Only one voucher/gift card per successful referral will be issued.
  • The voucher/gift will have a fixed value of £250 and will be with one of our trusted retail partners.
Conditions for Referee:
  • The referee must complete the installation of the ECO4 measures to qualify the referrer for the voucher/gift card.
  • The referee must meet all the eligibility criteria and terms of the ECO4 scheme.
Limitation on Referrals:
  • Each referrer can refer multiple friends; however, each referee must be a unique individual not previously referred by another referrer.
  • Vouchers/gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Fraudulent Activity:
  • Any attempt to manipulate the referral scheme or provide false information will result in disqualification from the scheme and potentiallegal action.
Scheme Changes:
  • Smart Energy Homes reserve the right to amend or terminate the “Refer a Friend” scheme at any time without prior notice.
